The Halcyon Bolt Snap is made with high quality stainless steel, which increases its corrosion resistance.
The high quality 316 stainless steel has approximately 2-3% Molybdenum which makes this item particularly resistance to corrosion. Even the spring is made with the same material, which is a common point of failure for bolt snaps because of the lack of stainless steel.
