Online Dive Gear (Diving Adelaide Pty. Ltd.) offers a no quibble returns policy. We are happy to provide a 30 day money back guarantee for any gear purchased online. Please note delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. Items must be new, unused and in its original packaging to qualify.

If you would like to return an item, pack up the items you would like to return securely. As Online Dive Gear (Diving Adelaide Pty. Ltd.) cannot be held liable for any item that goes missing during transit, please make sure you use registered post in order to track delivery. Please include the following with your package:
- Detailed note as to the reasons of the return
- Copy of the invoice/receipt
- Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange

If you are exchanging an item:
- Details on what you would like them item exchanged with
- Contact us for delivery payment for the exchanged item

Damaged Items

If you have received an item that is damaged. Please inform us immediately on (08) 8122 5003. Do not return the item as we may need to get additional information from you.

Missing Items

If there is an item missing, it may be on back order, which means that we are waiting for delivery from our supplier. We will always try to inform you prior to delivery if this is the case.

If for some reason you have not been informed and an item is missing from your order, please call us as soon as possible with your receipt number on (08) 8122 5003.

Wrong Sizing

If your item is the wrong size, you can simply exchange your item for the same item in a different size. For more information about returning an item, please refer to the top section of this policy.

Order Cancelling

As long as the order has not been processed, there is no problem with cancelling your order. However, if items have already been shipped you will need to refer to the top section of this policy on returning an item.

Exchanging an item

As long as your item has not been used or damaged in any way and is not part of a special promotion then we are happy to offer you an exchange.

Changing an Order

As long as your order has not been processed yet, there is no problem with changing your order. Please make sure you call us on (08) 8122 5003 as soon as possible if you wish to change your order and confirm the change by e-mail on

Returning an item that was shipped to you for free

Any unused item can be returned as per the conditions outlined above, including items which were shipped free of charge. If an item that was shipped for free is exchanged for a different item, we will credit the full amount and will add a small charge to ship the new item to you.

When an item is returned for a refund, we will charge a small restocking fee to cover our shipping costs. The restocking fee will depend on the size of the item and will be between $9 for small, $15 for medium, $25 for large items and $35 for extra large items.

Paypal Refunds

Paypal refunds will be subject to a 2.6% restocking fee. Paypal charge a 2.6% fee on all transactions, which will not be returned to the seller ("Online Dive Gear (Diving Adelaide Pty. Ltd.)"), when a refund is processed. If an item was paid for via Paypal and returned, we will charge a 2.6% restocking fee to cover our costs.

Gift Voucher Purchases

If you purchased an item using a gift voucher, we are happy to exchange the product or refund the amount in either store credit or gift vouchers. For exchanging an item, please refer to the top section of this policy on returning an item.
