The Frogskins shorts for women are a line of amphibious water sport apparel that has been created to provide you with warmth, wind chill protection and comfort, whether you are in, on or around the water.
The Frogskins shorts are designed with a smart fabric technology: each layer is made with a different material to better protect you from the outside elements while keeping you warm. The inner lining is the new revolutionary "Quick-Dry" fleece that dries quickly and keeps you super warm, the middle layer is a waterproof and windproof 1.5mm ultra-stretch neoprene membrane which provides a thermal insulation from water and wind, whilst trapping body heat against your skin, and the outer shell is a flexible and highly abrasion resistant ultra-stretch nylon, similar to athletic compression garments, but more comfortable to wear and easier to get in and out of.
Frogskins can be worn for added warmth under a wetsuit or as a stand-alone exposure protection garment for tropical to temperate waters, in order to protect you from the sun and wind.
Frogskins are best suited for active water sports such as scuba diving, spearfishing, snorkelling, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, sailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), body boarding, jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, surf skiing and most other water sports!
