Promotion Overview

From time to time, Online Dive Gear runs free-to-enter competitions and giveaways (“Promotion”). Each Promotion will specify:

  • The prize being offered

  • How to enter

  • The opening and closing dates

  • Where winners will be announced

Prize details and entry instructions will be listed on the associated campaign post, page or email.

Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Be Australian residents with a valid Australian shipping address

  • Complete all entry steps as outlined in the specific Promotion (e.g. follow, like, comment, share, form submission, etc.)

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

Each Promotion will specify:

  • Start date

  • End date (closing time will be 11:59pm ACST unless otherwise stated)

Entries received outside the stated entry period will not be accepted.

Winner Selection

  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from eligible entries unless otherwise specified

  • Winner(s) will be announced via Online Dive Gear’s official social channels and/or website

  • Winner(s) will also be contacted directly by email or social media

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn

Prize

  • Prize details will be specified for each Promotion

  • Maximum prize value for any Promotion will not exceed $5,000 AUD

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

  • If a specific size/colour/model is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal value

  • No purchase necessary

Shipping

  • Prize will be delivered free of charge within Australia

  • International shipping is not available

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Any Promotion-specific rules

  • The Promoter’s decisions, which are final

The Promoter may disqualify entries if tampering, fraud, automated entries, or any breach of rules is suspected.

Winner(s) consent to their first name and state being announced publicly unless they request anonymity.
